He has owned and operated small businesses and has also worked for large companies including one of the country's largest HMO's. Leo found his niche working with smaller businesses, helping them solve the problems all small businesses have: increasing sales and creating stability, growth and positive change. As the owner of several small businesses, he possesses a keen insight into how to best help entrepreneurs promote growth and productivity and capitalize on their competitive advantages to meet and exceed their overall business goals.

Jeff Posner, vice president of WorkSmarter Consulting has a degree in Management and Human Resources with a focus on organizational development as well as more than 20 years of business experience. He has owned and operated small businesses and has worked for Fortune 500 companies, nonprofit organizations and small family-owned businesses. Jeff initially began his studies in Applied Mathematics but soon found he missed working directly with people, which led to his studies in human resources. Consequently, he uses his analytical and people skills and his diverse experience to assist both large and small businesses in capitalizing on the potential of their staff, technology and core strengths to help increase profits, decrease expenses and maximize productivity.
